Our Best Rate Quote ~ $75, provides the lowest-cost flight and hotel combinations using non-refundable rates—ideal for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize price over flexibility. The Classic Quote ~ $175, adds security and peace of mind with refundable flight and hotel options, plus travel insurance recommendations for balanced protection. For those who want more choice, the Premium Quote ~ $250, includes refundable flights and hotels, travel insurance options, and a selection of low-, mid-, and high-tier hotel variations to help you compare comfort, amenities, and value side-by-side. Our top-tier Signature Quote ~ $375, delivers the full concierge experience with refundable options, travel insurance, and a fully customized itinerary builder that includes dining, activities, transportation, and personalized enhancements. Every quote is crafted with intention, clarity, and veteran-level precision—ensuring you travel with confidence and ease. HOW IT WORKS, Step 1 — Submit Your Travel Form Share your dates, budget, destination, vibe, and must-haves. This gives us the foundation for your trip. Step 2 — Receive Your Basic Direction Quote We review your information and create a high-level quote to show the general direction for your trip. If you’re happy with the direction, Hershawn Travels planning fees are collected before any full planning begins. Once payment is received, we schedule your face-to-face appointment. Step 3 — Finalize Your Travel Plan After payment, we build your detailed presentation. During your Google Meeting or in-person appointment, we review options, answer questions, and finalize your itinerary. Step 4 — Book & Travel Stress-Free We handle the booking. You pack your bags and enjoy your trip with confidence.
Booking Policy
1. Planning & Service Fees All Hershawn Travels planning fees are non-refundable. Fees cover research, quote creation, price comparisons, itinerary building, and communication—not the cost of travel. Quotes remain valid for 72 hours unless stated otherwise. 2. Booking Confirmation A trip is considered officially booked only after you approve the final itinerary or quote and payment is made to the travel supplier, cruise line, hotel, airline, or third-party vendor. Hershawn Travels does not hold space, pricing, or availability without payment. 3. Direct (Offline) Bookings If your arrangements are completed via email, phone, or direct communication, this is considered a Direct Booking. Hershawn Travels will email your booking confirmation. All details must be confirmed in writing before reservations are finalized. 4. Payments Payments may be made directly to the travel supplier or through a secure payment link. Hershawn Travels does not store credit card information. Deposit amounts and final payment dates are set by the supplier. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of funds. 5. Cancellations & Changes Cancellation, refund, and change policies are determined by the travel supplier, not Hershawn Travels. Nonrefundable options (flights, hotels, package rates) cannot be changed or refunded once booked. Any modification requested after booking may incur supplier fees. 6. Travel Insurance Hershawn Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel protection. Declining insurance means the traveler accepts full responsibility for any cancellations, delays, illnesses, or emergencies. 7. Traveler Responsibilities Travelers are responsible for: – Valid passports (6-month validity rule) – Entry requirements, visas, and travel documentation – Accurate spellings of names as shown on passports – Reviewing all confirmations from Hershawn Travels within 24 hours 8. Itinerary Delivery Classic, Premium, and Signature Quotes include digital delivery of your travel presentation. Signature packages include a full itinerary builder with activity suggestions, dining, transfers, and enhancements. 9. Liability Hershawn Travels acts as an independent travel agency and is not responsible for supplier failures, delays, weather events, pandemics, unforeseen disruptions, lost luggage, missed flights, denied boarding, or supplier changes outside our control. 10.
