Cancellation Policy
Plan a Trip Appointment Policy: To ensure we provide the best service and a personalized travel experience, all clients are required to set an appointment to discuss trip planning details. During this appointment, we will: 1. Review your travel preferences, destinations, and dates. 2. Discuss budgets, accommodations, and activities. 3. Provide guidance on flights, tours, and excursions. 4. Availability: Rates are subject to airline and hotel availability at the time of price search. Prices are not guaranteed until booking is completed. Scheduling: 1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our office. 2. Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to schedule or reschedule an appointment. Confirmation & Cancellation: 1. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. 2. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. 3. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 nonrefundable fee.
