Booking Policy
1. Includes a 30-minute in-person travel consultation and one coffee of your choice 2. Access to the best available flight and hotel rates at the time of search 3. Rates are not guaranteed until booking is completed 4. $75 Non-refundable booking fee applied toward your total trip cost 5. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance 6. $25 non-refundable fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows 7. Travel is not confirmed until official booking confirmation is received
