

4. Fees
4.1. The travel consultation fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward your booking once confirmed.
4.2. The retainer for exclusive rates is non-refundable.
4.3. Processing Fees are non-refundable.

2.1 Cancellation policies vary by service provider (airlines, hotels, tours, etc.).
2.2 Hershawn Travels may charge a cancellation fee in addition to supplier fees.
2.3 Refunds will be processed based on the terms of the service provider.
2.4 The travel consultation fee is non-refundable, but will be credited toward your booking once confirmed when advertised
2.5 Retainer for exclusive rates are non-refundable.
2.6 A $25 "No Show" fee will be charged three minutes after booked time

5. Liability & Responsibility
5.1 Hershawn Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
5.2 We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
5.3 Travelers assume all risks associated with their trip, including unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or medical emergencies.

6. Return Policy
6.1. All sales are final for group travel t-shirts, as each item is custom-printed for your order. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to size, color, or change-of-mind preferences.
​6.1.1 Exchanges/Issues:
6.1.2. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. 7. No Return / Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
7.1. All digital download purchases are final. Once your order is completed and the file(s) have been delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
7.2. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no return policy. Please ensure that the product description and details meet your needs before placing your order.

8. Hours of Operations
8.1. Our standard business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
8.2. Any inquiries, requests, or transactions submitted after 5:00 PM will be reviewed the next business day. Please expect possible delays for messages received outside of operating hours.
